Key Refund Terms
- 15 Days Credit-Back: Credit-back guarantee on all web hosting packages.

Web Hosting Guarantee
We provide a **15 Days credit-back guarantee (5-Day refund Policy)** on all Web Hosting packages with the following conditions:
- Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e., multiple services don't qualify or multiple signups).
- The money-back guarantee is applicable for **new clients only**. New orders from existing clients will not qualify in our money-back guarantee program.
- You can request a refund if you place a cancellation request within the period of days specified by your service's money-back guarantee.
Refund Process
- To get a refund, the customer must create a cancellation request from the client area and **open a support ticket**.
- Refunds will be processed within **7 working days** through the original payment method. The general processing time is 7–10 working days.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No refund will be processed if your account is in a **suspended state due to non-payment**.
- Refunds are not granted to accounts closed due to **TOS violations** or if the user violates the **Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)**.
- No refund will be provided if an account is suspended due to **spamming, hacking, or other malicious activities**.
- No refund will be made if our team does not find any issue in your hosting plan from our side.
- Refunds will not be granted if the service was used **extensively** before the refund request.
- **Partial refunds are not available** for bundled services or special discounted offers.
- No refund will be provided for services acquired during **promotional campaigns**, unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
- If a client initiates a **chargeback/dispute**, no refund will be issued, and the account may be terminated immediately.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that were terminated due to exceeding allocated resources or abuse of server limits.
- No refund is applicable on payments made for **overdue invoices**.
- Refunds are not granted on **renewal invoices/services**.
- No refund will be provided if the client used any **promotional code or offer** during the purchase.
Non-Refundable Products and Services
The following products and services are explicitly excluded from the refund policy:
- **Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer.**
- **VPS products** will not be refunded if delivered before a cancellation request is made.
- Existing product **upgrades or downgrades** will not be refunded.
- No refund policy applies for **installation fees, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, domain privacy, domain names, licenses, or custom software installs.**
- If you already have a product and order a new one, the no-refund policy applies; only a **10-day credit-back guarantee** is available.
Content and Activity Violations (Zero Refund)
No refund will be applicable for customers whose services are terminated due to the following:
- Hosting **illegal content** such as copyrighted materials (MP3, video, or audio files without proper copyrights).
- A domain name that is similar to a trademarked domain/a domain similar to a brand and is engaged in a business providing similar goods or services.
- A domain name associated with a hosting service involved in **phishing content/abuse cases**.
- Service(s) suspended due to **Email Marketing, Email Abuse, Misuse of our service, Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral activities, or Account Overuse**.
Financial Deductions
- **Taxes and payment gateway processing fees** are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the refunded amount will **exclude any non-refundable transaction fees** charged by the payment gateway.
- Any deductions made by third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay) will **not be covered by KGNPAYHOST** in the refund process.
Policy Changes and Rights
- If a refund is issued due to a mistake or duplicate payment, the refund will be processed after verification.
- **KGNPAYHOST reserves the right to refuse a refund request** if the refund policy is violated.
- **KGNPAYHOST reserves the right to change the refund policy** at any time without prior notice.
